Aldo is one of the co-founders of Core Analytics®, with more than 23 years of extensive experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Strategy, Solution Architecture, Big Data, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence and Technical Project Management. As a solution architect he led various ERP (Baan ERP and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain) projects, responsible for all technical effort and aspects of the project, including interfaces between various systems. This involved Azure Cloud based solutions, using Microsoft’s Service Bus and Logic Apps. Recently he worked with Dynamics 365 in combination with the Azure Data Lake (exporting data). His contribution to the Retail Quad Ware solution (Oracle based data warehouse BI solution) included data modeling using ERWIN, data mapping and data integration. He worked for international consulting firms like Avanade (USA), Hitachi (USA) and Atos Origin (Europe). He has experience in the following industry verticals: manufacturing, automotive, finance, retail and process industry. Aldo is originally from the Netherlands and has made Chicago home for over two decades.
With 25 years of professional advanced analytics experience, Chulis demonstrated analytic expertise on projects at numerous companies and industries, including WellPoint, HCSC, UHG, Microsoft, IBM, Dell, Accenture, Ogilvy, Sprint/Nextel, Commonwealth Edison, TXU, Eloyalty, Allstate, Cendant, Cap Gemini and others across a multitude of industries. Her current focus is on applications of data science to measure customer brand loyalty across social and digital channels. Other research revolves around social media as a platform to drive positive public health, disease-related community support, early detection and intervention for healthcare outcomes. Chulis holds a PhD from Purdue University's Health and Human Sciences Consumer Behavior program, and a masters degree in economics with a focus on health economics and econometrics from UIC. She is in her 7th year as faculty in the MS Data Science program at Northwestern University, and served as Director, Business Analytics Certificate Program at University of Chicago Graham School. Kim co-founded the company in 2001 and is CEO of Core Analytics® and the BrandMeter* Architect.
